From the very first bite of my rich, succulent appetizer to the final bite of my hearty main course, I knew I was in love, swept away to a pre-Industrialized American southwest, full of authentic flavor.

The choice of what to start with was difficult, as they offered a wide range of authentic mexican and tex-mex fare all of which looked and smelled incredibly appealing. For the appetizer, I decided to go with an in house specialty, "Nachos Bell Grande," and while similar to other nachos I have had, these had a special kick added thanks to a healthy dollop of sour cream and a slathering of creamy cheese. The flavor of the freshly ground beef and vegetables (yes - vegetables right on the nachos!) rounded out the creation with a to-die-for explosion of flavor. I dare you to eat just one!

For my main course, I could not make up my mind, thanks to the fusion of various south of the border ingredients mixed with down home Mexican specialties. I decided to try a sampling of both new and old, enjoying a "Grilled Stufft Burrito" and a "Cheesey Gordita Crunch". Both the Gordita and the Burrito are age old Mexican specialties, and these both tasted every bit authentic, bringing me back to a youthful summer spent in the Yucatan. The Stufft Burrito was certainly named appropriately, with freshly pounded guacamole spilling out of the hand crafted tortilla, with the scent of fresh cilantro almost overwhelming my senses. However, none of these pleasantries stopped me from devouring this feast. I then moved on to the Gordita, enjoying the strange mix of a hard shell taco wrapped in a soft, flat-bread. What a fantastic twist to a tired old recipe! The filling was comprised of a meat of your choosing, lettuce, tomato, freshly grated cheese, and a delicious sauce that was reminiscent of a southwestern tzatziki. This offering was literally bursting with unexpected wonder!

All in all, I can only recommend this fine establishment and all it has to offer.

Occasionally messed up orders and missing items and on most occasions like today long wait times.  However you can't beat taco bell when it comes to their value menu or the ability to customize orders if you don't want beef or dairy.

They tore down the old Taco Bell here few years ago and built this new Taco Bell.  This is one of 3 free standing Taco Bells I know of  in Cleveland.

The service was fast and friendly today. Your  drinks come with free refills in a machine to the left of check out. They have about 4 new unusual drinks in this coke machine too. One of them is called Mountain Dew Sangrita Blast which has a cherry and berry taste to it.

menu items ordered:  The crunch box for $5. This included a Doritos hard taco, a soft taco and a special BLT.

All said and done I really enjoyed my lunch for a little over $5.

I am always amazed with this chain the quality of food and customer service they truly deliver to there customers. Ever since moving up here from Florida, the people in this area are truly the nicest people around I've ever had the privilege in knowing. The customer service at Taco Bell has truly revolved into almost the same customer service I would always get at a Chick-Fil-A restaurant. The food, being that you hear that fast food meat isn't that great for you, always seems to be from the highest quality of ingredients, I think. The food is always good and so they deserve this review and the full 5 stars I gave them. No complaints!
